Unless otherwise stated, Cymafusion.com and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Cymafusion.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access Cymafusion.com products and services for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Cymafusion.com without giving due credit to Cymafusion.com and its owners

Membership and Use of Services
1. Access to the Members Area is granted only after the purchase of a valid membership package. Each membership is personal and non-transferable.
2. Members may not share, lend, or otherwise provide their login credentials to any other person. Multiple users accessing the Members Area from one account is strictly prohibited.
3. The healing sound programs, audio files, and frequency tracks made available through the Members Area are for streaming access only. Downloading, recording, or attempting to capture these files in any form is not permitted.
4. You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, or otherwise make available any material, whether from the public area or the Members Area of the website.
5. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the healing programs and frequency tracks, whether in original or modified form, is strictly prohibited.
6. Any violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of membership without refund, and Cymafusion.com’s owners reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for infringement of its intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property
1. All healing sound programs, frequencies, applicators, audio content, texts, graphics, logos, and other material provided by Cymafusion.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cymafusion.com and its owners.
2. No rights, licenses, or ownership transfers are granted to the customer beyond the limited right to personal use as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Payment and Subscription Terms
1. Membership is provided on a yearly subscription basis. The initial purchase includes one or more applicators of the customer’s choice as well as one year of membership access to the Members Area where the sound therapy programs are stored and can be played.
2. After the first year, the membership will automatically renew annually.
Customers will be charged on the anniversary date of their initial purchase for another yearly subscription, unless terminated as described below.

Termination of Subscription
1. Cymafusion.com reserves the right to terminate memberships immediately in cases of misuse, breach of Terms and Conditions, or non-payment.
2. Customers may terminate their subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for early termination. However, the customer will retain access to the Members Area until the end of the already paid subscription year. After that, the membership will be terminated, access will be denied, and the customer will not be charged for subsequent years. Failing to renew subscription payment will result in the termination of subscription.

Shipped items
On occasion, the actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information from that shown on this website through which the products are purchased.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and follow all labels, instructions warnings and directions in connection with using these products.
Physical products purchased from this website won’t generally be eligible for return and refund after the purchased item has been shipped. Damaged or defective goods may be replaced within 30 days of purchase upon showing proof of damage (video, photos) and after returning the damaged item. Cymafusion.com reserves the right to replace or refund a physical product.
Shipping of items occurs in most cases on the day following purchase. Customers will be notified within 24 hours of purchase if there are any subsequent shipping delays.

Prices and Service
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time as per terms of the membership agreement.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any services.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of the owners of Cymafusion.com. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site can become void and prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
