Which package should I choose?
We offer three tiers of cymatic sound program packages: Basic, Advanced and Premium. Click here to see the programs included in each package. You can customize your order with:
Micro Applicator/s (included as default in each package): Ideal for localized application, finger meridian technique application and portability.
Macro Applicator/s: Designed for deeper resonance, central meridian technique and larger coverage areas.
The Ultimate Setup: Same type of applicators can be paired and work in stereo.
Can I buy extra applicators later?
Yes, though purchasing them as part of your initial package offers the best value. Additional applicators allow you to utilize stereo output or treat multiple areas of the body simultaneously.
When will I receive my applicator?
Hardware is shipped directly to your provided address within 48 hours after purchase. Expect 7-10 days of shipping time depending on your location.
Is the CymaFusion system a subscription product?
Yes. There’s an initial registration fee which spans between 249 and 359 EUR depending on your choice of package, the number and type of applicators you choose and which includes first year access to the treatment programs as well as worldwide free shipping of the chosen applicators. After one year, your credit card will be charged 50 EUR on a yearly bases. This yearly fee is the same for all packages. The Premium package is therefore the best value.
Accessing Your Programs
How do I access my sound treatment programs?
Immediately after payment, an account is automatically created for you. You will receive an email asking you to set your password. Once logged in, you can find your sound frequency programs either by clicking the My Frequencies link at the top of the page or by using the link in your “My Account” dashboard.
Is there an app I can use?
Yes! For the best experience, we recommend installing our PWA (Progressive Web App). This allows you to:
Access your treatments directly from your home screen.
Experience the programs in full-screen mode for distraction-free visual therapy.
Enjoy a faster, more stable interface compared to a standard mobile browser.
Please refer to the “Video Guides” entry in your “My Account” dashboard for videos showing how to install the PWA on your Android or iPhone device.
Audio won't play.
If you’ve been using the CymaFusion programs for more than one hour, you may experience that the audio won’t play when you select a new program. This is a security feature to keep audio files safe from abuse. Just refresh the My Frequencies page by swiping down in the center of the screen or by clicking/tapping the “Refresh session” button at the top of the page.
The My Frequencies link at the top of the page redirects me to the login window in a constant loop.
Sometimes, depending on your browser settings, this may happen. Just go to your My Account dashboard and use the direct link in the dashboard menu.
I logged in with a new device and was automatically logged out in another device.
In order to contrast abuse, you can be logged in with a maximum of 3 different devices at the same time. If you change network (for example, if you login at your friend’s home with a different Wifi network) this may be considered by the website as a new login. You will be able to login, but a previously logged in device will be logged out. We recommend you use the built in “save password” feature of your device to facilitate a new login at a later time.
Treatment & Usage
How do I set up the applicator for a session?
Simply turn the applicator on and connect it to your device (phone, tablet, or computer) either via Bluetooth or with a minijack cable. If you have 2 applicators, turn on the first, connect it to your device, then turn on the second. It should automatically connect in stereo to the first speaker. Note: only same type applicators can connect in stereo (micro with micro or macro with macro).
Do I need an internet connection to run the programs?
You will need an active connection to log in to the Member’s Area and stream your sound programs. Using the PWA ensures that the interface remains smooth and responsive during your sessions.
Can I upgrade my program package later?
Absolutely. If you start with the Basic package and wish to access more advanced sound treatments later, you can upgrade through the direct links in the My Frequencies page. Note that you will get the best value for a specific package when you do your first purchase.
I don't like the idea of using a bluetooth connection with my applicator.
We are perfectly aware that too much radio waves can be negative for our health. For this reason, we have thoroughly tested the applicators in bluetooth mode. Experience has shown us that the benefits of the CymaFusion cymatic programs greatly outweigh the potential negative effects of the bluetooth radiation. Should you be electrosensitive, we highly recommend buying the Macro applicator which allows for minijack connection to your device.

I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder for your “Welcome” email. If you still cannot access your account, please use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page or contact our support team.
Where can I find a user guide?
In the main menu at the top of the page, follow the “Knowledge base and resources” link. Alternatively, if you already have an account, you will find a User guide entry in the My account dashboard (with written user guide and full program list) and a Video Guide menu entry with various videos explaining every detail of the CymaFusion system.
